Current Opportunities at Northeastern Centre for High School Research
Northeastern Centre for High School Research is comprised of an interdisciplinary team and is looking for additional collegiate students and researchers from a variety of backgrounds to fill several open positions. Please see the list of positions below and get in touch to apply.
Unfortunately at this point (since we are a non-profit and are not charging a single penny) we cannot provide monetary compensation. All positions listed are purely voluntary
Administrative Staff
Part-Time
As an administration staff member, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including managing the Centre's schedule, creating and maintaining records, coordinating meetings and events, and providing administrative support as needed. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and be able to multitask effectively.
All opportunities with NECHR is voluntary and you will have the opportunity to join the Board if you perform well. Its also a great opportunity to boost your resume and gain relevant work experience!
Assistant Manager and Data Scientist
Part-Time
As an Assistant Manager at Northeastern Centre for High School Research, you will work closely with our team on various projects. Your responsibilities will include verifying statistics and ensuring the accuracy of research papers. You will also assist students in their research and help them develop their skills. Our Data Scientist role is also crucial to our center's mission. You will be responsible for analyzing data, creating models, and developing algorithms to further our research goals. If you are detail-oriented, passionate about research, and want to make an impact in education, we encourage you to apply.
Teacher
Part-Time
